I have known Sifu Arnett for 16+ years, and I can honestly say, that he is a teacher who teaches because he loves to do it and wants to share his knowledge and pass it on for future generations. I have taken many breaks in my training over the years, and Sifu always welcomes me back with open arms. If you want to learn Martial Arts from one of the most knowledgeable and caring person I have ever met, give Sifu Arnett a call. You wont regret it.
Sport Kung Fu Academy of Jacksonville
I started karate to lose the last 20 pounds of weight after giving birth to my 3rd child. My son is a karate student, and i wanted to exercise while not taking away from time with my children. Not only did I lose the weight (and tone the hips!), but I succeeded in doing something that I never ever thought I could do. Karate is for everyone, no one should ever be intimidated. It is for the small frame and the overweight; the athletic and the first timers. Everyone is accepted in karate.
Saltamacchio's Tang Soo Do Karate
My son has been attending Action Karate for years now. His self-confidence and discipline has grown dramatically. He is more focused and takes responsibility for his actions. In addition, he is now more outgoing and is more comfortable with himself.

i remember sitting in the corner of the room curled up in a ball in the early stages of my training because i was too nervous and shy to demonstrate a kata. A lot has changed from that first day. Before i earned my Junior black belt i was invited to SWAT classes and maybe one day maybe teach classes on my own. i was nervous but i knew i would be giving back to the great things that Action has done for me. This is my 5th year in training and i am more confident then i have ever been. THANK YOU!
